It’s a big day at Thiel and we hope you can join us - if you can’t, you can watch it online as it happens! It’s Wayback Wednesday! In an impromptu, unscientific poll on Facebook yesterday, we asked who gave the hardest finals at Thiel College. Dr. Phillip Ode of the Biology Department was neck and neck with Dr. Jim Bloomfield of the History Department. So to congratulate our “winners,” we give you Dr. Ode (top) and Dr. Bloomfield (bottom) from the 1974 yearbook.
Scenes from an Alpha Psi Omega (theater honorary) induction…Dr. Bill Robinson was serenaded with the songs of Sondheim and students welcomed their “littles” to the family.

For Wayback Wednesday, we’re going WAY back…to the early 1900s. In honor of the current baseball team having a great season, we give you the 1907 baseball team (baseball was the first organized sport at Thiel), who look like they were having a bad day when this photo was taken!
The Communication Department put on CommFest today! Nice job to everyone involved with this great event.
